Our founder, Danika, is an internationally certified yoga therapist and Buteyko breathing instructor with almost 20 years of experience helping people with chronic illnesses. She was trained by renowned experts in the field and incorporates the latest evidence-based techniques into her sessions.

Also on our team we have Dr Christian, university lecturer, nutritionist (MSc), and clinical exercise physiologist (PhD) with a pulmonary rehabilitation focus. After spending the first decade of his career focusing on the role of diet and physical activity in health and disease, he expanded his focus to the study the effects of breathing techniques on mental health and function.
