The business began with a hobby and affinity for building cars, which led inevitably to sourcing car parts - then sometimes time consuming and scary mission. Warren strong and his brother decided to build a different kind of business in the second-hand parts industry - one that looked after the customer and made car parts accessible in an inviting indoor enviroment.

With its distinctive zebra stripe branding, the business has grown from its original warehouse, three locations in Onehunga, Manukau and Kamo in Whangarei. Warren has spent his entire life living and working around Onehunga area and his business advice is simple, "Find your niche and do it well".

Building a successful business takes time and dedication, Warren says that without the customer you haven't got a business. His recipe for success has been to advertise boldly and widely. But he cautions, "You can spend all the money in the world on advertising, but if it's not what people want, then it won't be successful".
