Fiona is an experienced counsellor working in private practice in Rangiora, North Canterbury. Fiona enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and with a wide variety of issues. This includes (but is not limited to) depression, anxiety, other mental health issues, trauma, life transition issues, life challenges, relationship issues, and addictions support. 

Fiona can draw on many different therapeutic modalities in her work, including person-centered, solution focused, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy.
