Hayden Smitheram is the Company Director of Smitheram's Building.
He comes from a family of builders with personal building experience in England, Wales, Canada, Australia and New Zealand on a variety of projects ranging from high end residential, apartments and hotel builds.

Returning to New Zealand and settling in Wanaka with his two young boys, Hayden established his own building company.
Hayden is a self-described perfectionist, with his motto being "millimeter perfect".
Hayden and his team thrive on technically challenging builds and enjoy seeing an owners dream turn into reality.
