Studios:

Studio rooms are part of our main facility and are designed for residents who value their independence and are asssisted by an appropriate level of support. All meals, linen, housekeeping and activities are inclusive.

Each of our 14 spacious studio units feature a kitchenette, private ensuite bathroom and views to beautifully landscaped gardens.  Residents may start the day with a leisurely breakfast in their room or choose to join friends in the dining room with the morning paper.

With your new sense of freedom and our prime location means outings to shopping, library, church and usual routines can be maintained and may even be more accessible. Rest Home:

Our 24 hour Rest Home wings comprises of 35 larger than standard single rooms, each with ensuite, private phone and television access. Also provided is a large lounge for activities and entertainment as well as smaller intimate lounge areas for visiting family and friends.

Quality and continuity of care for all Residents is assured by Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses, working with and supervising Caregivers who have been suitably trained in the care of the Elderly.

**Rest Home**
At the heart of Elmswood, is our rest home - the hub of the village. Visitors talk about feeling the friendliness as soon as they come through the main doors.

The rest home offers high quality, full residential care, 24 hours a day, with a registered nurse on site at all times. Our nurses are backed up by a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dietitians, and other health professionals who visit Elmswood Retirement Village throughout the week. Respite and daycare are also available.

Elmswood has a reputation for great food, prepared on site by our chefs and kitchen staff. As well as delicious and nutritious meals, fresh home made baking is on the menu everyday. We also cater for a wide variety of dietary needs.

Activities and entertainment are offered throughout the week in the Rest Homes large main lounge. Intimate sitting areas are also scattered around the facility, giving residents a variety of places to read a book, have a chat and a coffee with friends or family, or simply take in the view of our beautiful gardens.

Our 54 Rest Home rooms are private and all located in the main building. Residents are encouraged to bring personal furniture and treasures to make their new home, their own.

**Hospital**
Our 25-bed hospital is suitable for people requiring hospital and palliative level care. A registered nurse is on site at all times and is supported by a team of healthcare assistants, as well as a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dietitians, and other health professionals who visit throughout the week.

We pride ourselves on our clinical care and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest innovations in aged care. We are absolutely patient-focused and dedicated to looking after all aspects of a persons wellbeing. We want people to feel as good as possible about themselves and their treatment, while they are in hospital, and do our utmost to achieve this by paying attention to the big and small things in life.
